Am I able to exchange my jersey for a different size?
If you receive your jersey and would like to exchange it for a different size,  please mail your unworn jersey along with a note stating what size you would like to exchange it for, to the address below:

Once your jersey is received, your new jersey will be sent to you.  Please note, jerseys run small.
 
Can I wear my jersey during non-Team races?
 
Of course! We would love if you represented Team Hope For The Warriors® at any race you participate in. You can also wear your jersey at other athletic events such as volleyball, basketball, yoga or even horseback riding! Please let us know what events you are participating in so we can share all the great things you are doing with the rest of the Team on our Team Facebook page, blog and Twitter. Also, we would love to see pictures of you in your jersey and hear how your race went. To share your exciting events, race stories and pictures, please email Courtney Gately at cgately@hopeforthewarriors.org
 
How do I reset my password?

Please write the name of participant and the race they are participating in on a note or in the subject line of the check. We encourage you to have your sponsors donate on your personal fundraising page so that it is instantly reflected toward your fundraising goal. Please allow four weeks for mailed in donations to reflect on your personal fundraising page.
 
How long will it take for my sent check donation to post to my fundraising page?
 
Please allow four weeks for your donation to post. We encourage you to follow up with us once your checks have been sent to ensure that they were received and that there were no mailing issues.
 
What is the $35 No Bib Needed Option?
 
When you register for the “$35 No Bib Needed” option under any Team event, this means that you have already secured your own bib/registration/number for that particular race. The $35 is your Team membership fee that provides you with the following:
 
Team jersey
Team kit, which includes fundraising & training, plans that accommodate runners of all levels
Individualized online fundraising page
Team calendar
Monthly e-newsletter
Access to the Team Facebook page, Team blog & Twitter feed
Invites to Team events
Weekly training opportunities with the DC Road Runners (DC area only)
Top Fundraiser Incentives
New Kid's Hope For The Warriors® Team opportunities
Option to purchase additional Team gear
 
Please note, this option does NOT provide you with a bib/registration/number
for the actual race.
 
 
Can I Use The Hope For The Warriors® Logo for Fundraising?
 
You can use the Hope For The Warriors® logo by filling out a Logo Release Form and submitting it to our marketing team. They will work with you on logo placement for your fundraiser. To obtain a logo release form, please email Jenlene Nowak at jnowak@hopeforthwarriors.org
 
Is Hope For The Warriors® rated by Charity Navigator?
 
Hope For The Warriors® is proud to share exciting news!  In 2011, we earned a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator.  This month, we received a letter, sharing that they have reevaluated Hope For The Warriors® and we have once again earned a Four-Star Rating.  According to their letter, only 17% of the nonprofits reviewed have earned a Four-Star Rating two years in a row.
 
How can you help?
 
Please take a few minutes to write a review on this site. These testimonials will influence donors more than an expensive advertising campaign!  In order to post a review, you will need to register on Charity Navigator’s site.  Otherwise, the review will not be saved and seen by others.  For the direct link to that page, please click here.
